Here we are, on the eve of yet another new year. As tradition goes, we all make resolutions to better ourselves in the coming year. Some of us make the same resolution every single year!! We have the usual; lose weight, quit smoking, exercise more, get organized, stop screwing our boss..... the list of empty resolutions is endless. A lot of times, we break them before February, and that's stretching it!!! It leaves us feeling low and a lot of times, completely throwing in the towel. The mentality is, hell, I already broke my resolutions, why stop now? Better luck next year.
Here are a few tips that I have to help keep those resolutions. Face it, achieving a goal feels good and can lead you to set higher goals. First, be realistic. Its one thing to say 'I'm gonna lose weight this year' and expecting to go from a size 14 to a 6. Keep your goals realistic. Results are never instantaneous. Second, if you fall off the bandwagon, don't make that the end!! So you cave and buy a pack of smokes. Then you figure, well I just paid $7 for these, it would be silly to waste them. Before you know it you're smoking two packs a day again. Another broken resolution. Instead, if you do break down and buy that $7 pack of smokes, think of it this way. Once the guilt kicks in, instead of feeling like you've already failed, so why not go all the way, think of the HUNDREDS of dollars you'd save if you stuck to your resolution. Screw it, toss that $7 pack of smokes AWAY!!! Third, don't compare yourselves to others. Everyone likes to make themselves look like they have it all under control, checking in at the gym daily and posting photos of beautiful, healthy meals they've made for their perfect families. Remember that when it comes to social media, even the hottest mess could look like they have it all under control. People put up only what they want you to see. And thankfully so. Who wants to go onto Facebook to read about how miserable your life is?? I know everyone has that one person on their list that loves to throw pity parties. And isn't it the most annoying thing ever?? Luckily, most of us don't post all of our woe as me's for the world to know about. Don't compare yourself to everyone else's perfect life because guess what..... their lives are not perfect.
As for myself, I've made a list of goals that I hope to achieve. Not necessarily all in the next year. But making them goals instead of resolutions seems easier to tackle. Wishing you all a happy, healthy new year filled with family, friends and love 🎆🎆🎆
For entertainment purposes only. I write about pretty much anything that I feel is important. Also fascinated in criminal trials.

Jahi McMath
Jahi McMath is a thirteen year old girl. I'm sure you've all heard of her by now. On December 9, 2013, she went in for a routine tonsillectomy surgery. Shorty after, she began bleeding from the mouth and nose. She ended up going into cardiac arrest and was ultimately declared brain dead.
So begins the saga of the McMath nightmare. First, there's the fact that the young girl had made ominous comments claiming that she didn't want the surgery because she was afraid that she 'wouldn't wake up'. I can not imagine the guilt this family feels when they remember those prophetic words. The family, ridden by grief and guilt, during a season of celebration and joy, refuse to accept that the child is dead. So far, the girl has escaped her death sentence, with the family going to court and filing motions to keep the doctors that cost the child her life, from taking her off of life support. The first order gave them until after Christmas. Today, at 5:00 pm (8:00pm ET) Jahi was to be disconnected from the machines that are keeping her blood flowing, her heart beating, and her body warm to the touch. All things that her mother says proves her baby is alive, despite countless tests pointing to the contrary. She claims that Jahi moves and responds to her voice. Doctors claim that this is a normal reaction when a person is on life support and is not a sign of life.
The court has given the family until January 7, 2014 at 5:00pm to either find another facility willing to take Jahi in, or removing her from life support. The debate here has become whether it is the hospital or the parent that should decide when a child is to be removed from the machines that are giving them life. Imagine someone telling you the exact day and time that your baby will be taken from you. After all, this is a mother that whole heartedly believes her daughter is still alive.
This story is so tragic. How do you tell a mother that her baby is dead after a routine procedure? I was one of the people that prayed that they would keep little Jahi on life support until after the holiday. I prayed for a Christmas miracle. Unfortunately, one never came. Being an outsider, I clearly understand that Jahi has passed. As a grieving family member, clinging to any and all hope, I'm not sure I'd see it the same way, however.
I'm not sure what the outcome is going to be here but one thing is certain, this poor family has got a long, hard road ahead of them. They are currently raising money to have Jahi moved to a different facility (no word yet if one will even accept her). If you want to help, you can find them on GoFundMe.com. I will see if I can find a link to it.
What do you think should happen here? Who should have the final say on when Jahi is taken off of life support?
Please pray for this family and hold your babies close.

mistakes
Everybody makes mistakes. That is a fact that most of us have come to terms with. We forgive mistakes made by our loved ones regularly. Most mistakes being simple and of little consequence, are simply forgotten. Like taking out the garbage on trash night. Or forgetting to get their favorite ice cream while grocery shopping..... Simple mistakes made every day by just about all of us.
Then there are bigger mistakes. Mistakes that can tear apart marriages, sever families, and shatter a childs innocence. Mistakes like cheating on your spouse, losing a job that you need to support your family, gambling away your families savings.... the list is endless. Its these mistakes that are so much harder to forgive. We wonder why we should consider the perpetrators feelings, when they obviously didn't consider ours. Pain, disappointment, and simple revenge take over. That's how we're wired, after all.
Suddenly, after a 'big' mistake, all of the persons 'simple' mistakes seem major all in themselves. Like the husband who gets caught cheating. Well, no wonder he forgot to take out the trash... he was too busy worrying about someone else. And the ice cream? Well he was probably too distracted talking to HER.
This is what ruins marriages, what severs family ties and ultimately hurts the most innocent of them all; our children.
I've put together a list of things that I believe can help after a 'major' mistake has come out. If you have recently made a mistake that could alter your future, or even if you know someone who has made a mistake, these tips, while not always easy, can help save a family or friendship.
• Always be honest when confronted. Chances are, the person asking already knows the truth and is just waiting to hear it from you. And as painful as it may be, dealing with the pain is far easier then dealing with the rage of being lied to after the fact.
• As hard as it may be, try and remember why you love this person. I know its hard amen you're in the moment and really just want to hurt them. But if possible, try and realize that you will most likely end up regretting the pin you cause out of spite later.
• REMEMBER... EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES. We are all human. Try and think of the last time YOU made a mistake and were forgiving.
•. If you are the maker of the mistake, give people time. As much as thru need. Realize that you have cause unnecessary pain to people who care about you and give them time. While doing this, lay low. Don't go out drinking and posting Facebook updates from bars. If you really want to be forgiving, act like it.
If you're lucky and have people that love you, this too shall pass.

lonely......
How is it possible to be surrounded by people and still feel lonely? How can you have beautiful, loving children and still feel lonely? This is a hard question to a person living it.
I am a single mom. I have the greatest kids in the world. I count my blessings daily. Yet, I crave the closeness of an adult. Someone to lay next to at night and tell about my day. Someone to laugh with and just be with.
I can't tell people that I'm lonely. They look at me like I'm a horrible mother. But the truth is that I spend all of my time with my kids. I wouldn't trade that for the world. But once the kids are in bed, I crave adult companionship.
I remember when I had that. I was so happy. I thought that was what life was supposed to be like. I've given up hope for normalcy, however. To me, my normal is my kids. They make me happy. They make me smile. They give me a reason to live. But there is still that emptiness inside that feels like it will never be filled.
I refuse to allow it to consume me and I will not seek to fill it with empty relationships. I believe that one day, I will find happiness. I will find my prince charming that wants to be with me. Until then, I will enjoy my time with my babies, who grow more and more every day. I will cherish every moment that I have with them and I will swallow the lump in my throat and fight on. Because what else can I do?

Once upon a time...
Once upon a time, I believed in 'us'. I believed our friendship was everlasting. That our troubles were a thing of the past. I believed that nothing could tear us apart. Not after all that we had been through. We had proven them all wrong!! What an amazing feeling.
We were living the dream. In my eyes, anyway. Beautiful children, a happy family, and each other. I looked forward to the moment that you would walk through the door every night. When we would finally get our time together. Rarely alone, but that's what happens when you have kids. It was okay though. Because you and I had enough passion to spread through a dozen relationships.
I cherished our time together. Our silly debates with Google as our referee...debating the latest trial that I was following...or just laying together in silence. This was the highlight of my day.
Then something changed. You didn't seem to cherish our time together nearly as much as I did. Your hobbies took over. I got lonely. It was heartbreaking when you chose to do your own thing instead of 'our' thing. I thought maybe it was stress. A phase...it would pass. It always did. Only this time it didn't.
You left. I fell apart. I spiraled so far that picking the pieces up seemed impossible. How could I let you go? You were my family. Why would you leave? All of this made me fall desperately out of control...
But now I'm stronger. You can only break me if I let you. And slowly, the control you have had for so long is dissipating. You said you didn't want me. I dwelled on this for so long. Tortured myself with why?!?! But in the time that's passed I've realized that it's okay. You don't have to want me. I can easily find someone that does. As matter of fact, there ARE people that want me!! And to think I've spent so many hours crying because you did not.
It hasn't been easy. I'll give you that. What I thought was real, was really just a dream. I don't blame you. We want different things. I want to be happy. I want a family. And I've realized that I HAVE a family. My three perfect kids are my family. And being happy is a choice. I'm not sure what you want. But I wish you luck. I wish you happiness and love, if you want those things. You gave me our precious baby girl. I will always be grateful for what you've given me.
But in the end, I will be okay. No one can break me. You taught me this. For that, I thank you.

Just a rant.....
It has been a while since I have posted a blog. Life has been insane lately. I have not had time to do research on much and honestly, I have no idea what is going on in the legal community. But today I feel the need to write.
Last night, my ex husband's new 'girlfriend' decided to go off on my ten year old son on Skype. Yes, you heard it right. This nasty beast actually had the nerve to talk trash about me to my child. It is a sad thing because now my son, understandably, wants nothing to do with his dad. A man that I have defended for years to his kids when he has never done anything for them. Today he gets $1000 in unemployment and he offered to send a whopping $50!!! This from a man who has never paid child support. I mean, sure....he used to occasionally send some money. 'When he could', anyway. Never in his childrens life has he provided for them or even gone out of his way to show that he cares about them. No birthday cards, no calls, nothing. What makes me sad is that they are now starting to realize it.
My daughter was so disgusted by him last night. She wanted to join a club and go to Math and Science night at the school. He promised two weeks ago that today he would help out with money. I just started working and simply do not have the money to spend. I am very lucky to have such understanding kids. But they do not understand why their daddy no longer cares about them. And I am done defending him. He can continue to live his miserable life with someone elses kids (who hate him). Some day, he will regret abandoning his children and then it will be far too late for him to show them that he cares.
I will never understand how any parent can simply abandon their children. I couldn't live without mine. If I had to be away from them for any amount of time, it would break my heart. Yet this man has not seen his kids in well over a year. When we first separated in 2008, he actually had the nerve to tell me that the kids and I were a 'package deal'. Really? So, if we are not together, your kids do not matter? He proved me right.
I do not know how a person like this sleeps at night. The saddest thing is that I was always his friend. Once he ran off with his best friends wife, and she decided to get involved in our relationship, that was the end for a long time. I found out so many despicable things that he did, yet I forgave him. I refuse to post even half of the things he has done on here, however, his girlfriend is married to his (ex) best friend. The man who let him move into his home when he had nowhere to go. Not even money to eat. How does he repay him? By running off with his wife and kids. Not the first time he slept with a married women. Yet, I stayed friends with him. I figured this would be best for our children. Seeing us getting along was so good for them. Unfortunately, he is no man. He allowed his white trash girlfriend to get involved yet AGAIN. I am DONE with this dead beat. Even his own kids have had it!!! My ten year old turned his skype account off so that daddy cant reach him. It breaks my heart. The kids were so upset last night that they went to bed before 8:00pm!!!
One day he will realize what he gave up for a women (and I use that word loosely) who will cheat on him, and eventually leave him. Meanwhile, he will buy HER kids Halloween costumes. He will support HER drug habit, along with his. But he will do NOTHING for his own children.
It is hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that he is such a disgrace for a parent. To all you women out there that have baby daddy's that actually CARE about their kids, count your blessings. I would never want a man that has children that he does not support. Why would ANY women want a man like that?? That is not a women. That is a pig.
END RANT

The Sanctity of Marriage
The Sanctity of Marriage

Years ago, marriage was a sacred sacrament. Divorce was not an easy way out. The concept of a divorce was often looked down upon. Somewhere along the way, the commitment and bond created in marriage became unimportant. Divorce became the norm. Most marriages these days end in divorce, usually before reaching their seventh year. When did this start? When did people stop believing that making a promise in God’s name was something that should be sacred and protected? Too often people choose to give up and walk away as soon as things start to get hard. The fact is that with or without the person that you promised to love and stand by for the rest of your days, life will always have its ups and downs. Walking away may seem like the easiest thing to do at that moment. But is that love? Real love doesn’t end. It doesn’t just stop or go away. When love is real, it is permanent. It happens in stages. New love is exciting and fun. It is easy to think you are in love when you are just getting to know someone. After time, emotions level out and you become comfortable with one another. This is when often times, people realize that what they believed to be love was actually just physical attraction, friendship, or simply just fun. It is sad that the institution of marriage has become something that can so easily be disposed of.
Love is a complicated thing. Saying ‘I love you’ is such an easy thing to say to someone. Anyone can say simple words. The complicated part is proving that love. How do you prove to someone that you love them? In fact, how do people even know for sure that what they are feeling is really love? Many times it is actually lust, excitement or just simply the idea of being in love. New love is easy. Showing someone what they truly mean to you is something that takes time and effort.
So what is true love? In my opinion, true love is knowing someone, inside and out. Knowing that no one is perfect, but loving them despite their flaws or imperfections. It is standing by that person, through good times and bad. It is being a friend, not just a lover. Someone that you can share all of your secrets with, your hopes and dreams, your goals, your fears. It is wanting only happiness for that person, despite what that happiness may do to you. When you love someone, that person becomes more important to you then anything else in your life. The lucky ones make it through the hard stage in relationships, when the excitement wears off and reality sets in. Life happens, money issues begin, simple disagreements happen. It could be anything these days that separates the unity of a marriage.
After separating from my husband of over a decade, I never thought to look for love again. It can be devastating to watch all of that time invested in a person just vanish. I am just now starting to believe that real love does exist. I know that no relationship is ever easy. Anytime you are close to a person, regardless of whom it may be, there are bound to be disagreements, arguments and rough times. It is the way that you handle those issues that makes the difference and determines the outcome of a relationship.
To make a relationship work, it is important to always remember why you fell in love with that person in the first place. You have to be best friends, share the same goals and want only the best for each other. It is imperative that you stand by your loved one in times of hardships. Too often it becomes a blame game. Love turns to resentment. Words are used as weapons that leave wounds that do not heal. True love is forgiveness, understanding, patience and caring. It is wanting the person that you care about to be happy. Showing them that you will always be there for them, regardless of the opinions or advice of people on the outside of the relationship. It is knowing one another’s fears and doing your best to protect them. Taking the time to show, without words, how much you care. Being on their side at all times, regardless of the situation. When you are in a relationship, the only way to make it successful is to show that you care, not only when you need to, but every day. Not just by words but through actions. It’s never saying hurtful words that can not be taken back. Loyalty and trust are two of the main aspects of true love. Not wanting to hurt the person that you love….never betraying that love. Never putting another person, or allowing another person to come between you and your partner.
I am once again starting to believe in love. I think that it is possible. It’s not easy, not always fun, complicated and painful at times, but nothing is more powerful. Nothing is more rewarding. I want real love. I want someone that can be my lover, my best friend, my biggest ally, the reason I rush home, the person I trust with everything that I hold dear. Wanting to be with that person always and missing them when they are not around. It’s doing little things to remind them that you care about them. Not keeping secrets, because if you are with your best friend, the only secrets that you should have should be the ones that you share with each other. It’s knowing that no matter how hard times may get, you will always be there to hold that persons hand, to listen to them, to assure them that everything will be okay and that they are not alone. Most importantly, it is meaning all of those things.
Love is not always easy. Many people never even get to experience true love. The ones that do are the ones that make it. True love is never walking away. It is patience and understanding. It is putting someone else’s wants, needs, and feelings before your own. And while it may not be easy, nothing is more beautiful then two people who fight for their love. Two people who are a team, a team that no one could come between. It is going to bed every night knowing that no matter what tomorrow brings, you have someone by your side that would do anything to protect you.
Love is the most powerful emotion a human being can feel. It is beautiful, scary, painful, exciting, pure, and should always be unconditional. If you are lucky enough to find that person that loves you, and that you love, then it is worth fighting for. It is worth the pain. It is the road to ever lasting happiness.

Zimmerman Trial Begins
Today, June 24, 2003, began the George Zimmerman trial. The jury who will determine his fate is made up of six women. Five white, one black. Some have children, some do not. The question here is who will these women believe, who will they relate to?
During opening statements the prosecutor made some very damaging claims. Among them was the George Zimmerman claims that Trayvon punched him, breaking his nose. He then told Zimmerman that 'he was going to die tonight' and proceeded to put his hand over Zimmermans mouth and nose. However, the medical examiner saw no signs of blood on Trayvons hands, under his fingernails and even on the sleeves of either of the two long sleeve sweatshirts Trayvon was wearing the night he was fatally shot. If Trayvon covered Zimmermans nose and mouth, surely the blood from Zimmermans broken nose would have been somewhere on Trayvons hands or clothing. As a matter of fact, Trayvon did not have any markings consistent to having been in a fist fight at all. How's that possible? We've all seen the photos taken of Zimmerman following the fight...or were they taken immediately after?
According to the prosecutor, George Zimmermans story about circling the area to find a street sign does not match where the shooting took place.
When the defense started their opening statement, I almost fell out of my seat. They opened with a joke. A knock knock joke!!! This is terribly bad taste considering that the victims parents were sitting mear feet away.
Unfortunately, I was unable to see the complete defense opening. I hope they realized their mistake and fixed it. I have never heard a defense attorney tell a joke in open court. Much less during the murder trial of a seventeen year old boy.
Although I have been busy in the past week or so, I have been doing research. A cousin of George Zimmerman came forward and accused him of molesting her as a child. The link to the article is below.
I am unaware if this will come in during the trial as it has nothing to do with his case. However, it shows a lot about his charactor. I am looking forward to following this case because I believe that it could possibly go either way. However, at the moment, things are not looking good for Mr Zimmerman.

Edward Snowden : PRISM
The PRISM program is a clandestine national security electronic surveillance program operated by the United States NSA since 2007. They have been requiring that all telecommunications company's turn over all of the customers recorded records, phone calls, Internet usage, and basically everything we do on our phones on a daily bases.
This came to light recently when Edward Snowden, a NSA employee, leaked the news to certain media outlets. Snowden is now in hiding for his part in letting the general public know about our violation of privacy. Snowden is now in hiding, in fear for his life. In fear of his own government. He left his home, his family and his life behind to make the American people aware of this breach in our privacy. He knows that he may be in grave danger. The link below is a letter and petition to the US government letting them know that this 29 year old man doesn't deserve to be punished, as many before him have been, for leaking classified information.
This is a matter of our freedom as Americans. Although according to the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, PRISM cannot be used to intentionally target any Americans or anyone in the United States, it is still a clear violation of our right to privacy.
I still have a lot of research to do on this case and I will be giving you more information as my knowledge on the subject grows. I ask that you think about this for a moment. To most of us, this isn't a huge deal. I doubt many people are worried if they have nothing to hide. However this is a clear violation to the American people.
Please sign the petition above. More information is to follow. I have always believed that the government was for the people. Not against the people. Edward Snowden risked his life to let the world know about something that he believed was wrong. He did it for you, for me and for our children and grandchildren. In the world we live in today, the government knows everything about us. What's left? Microchipping everyone so that they could find us instantly? Why would the government want to retain copies of our text messages, phone calls and Internet uses if we aren't doing anything illegal? Is it okay for them to tap into our phones and computers without a warrant? What happened to our right to privacy?
Below is a link to an article telling more about Mr Snowden. I will post more after I complete my research on this topic.

Disclaimer
I just want to point out that I started this blog to give MY opinion on current cases in the media. I am fully aware that not everyone is going to agree with MY opinion.
I go into everything with an open mind and I urge anyone that disagrees with me to give me their educated and intelligent opinion. I listen to anyone that gives me their opinion and backs it with facts. Many times I've changed my opinion on different subjects.
With the Zimmerman case, I was automatically against him. I blogged about it. I then learned more and my opinion shifted through intelligent conversations with others.
With the Kaitlin Hunt case, it was the same way. I listened to what others had to say and did some research. I now see the case in a whole new light. Do I think she deserves to have her life ruined at 18? No way. However, upon learning more, I realized that this case was not about her sexual orientation. The parents of the minor asked Kaitlyn repeatedly to leave their daughter alone. My entire opinion has changed.
Instead of attacking my opinion with insults, tell me what YOU think. You may be able to make me see things in a different light. However, when I write, I back my opinion with facts. So, please don't tell me that I should learn the facts before I write. I research each and every case thoroughly before posting.
Thank you for reading and by all means, tell me why you feel differently. But jumping down my throat and telling me to do some research only makes you sound ignorant.

Guilty until Proven Innocent
I've been thinking about this Trayvon Martin case....At first I obviously went with my mommy emotional instinct. A seventeen year old boy, unarmed and walking home, when he is suddenly followed and eventually shot. My heart broke for this family. It seemed so senseless...who would want to hurt a teenage boy? The thing that really got to me was why would Zimmerman follow this boy after being told not to? In my eyes, Zimmerman was clearly the instigator.
Then I began to do some research and I found some interesting facts.
* George Zimmerman is far from a racist. As a matter of fact, on Dec 4th, 2010 there was an incident involving the son of a Sanford police officer. Sherman Ware, a black homeless man was beaten to a bloody pulp by the police officers white son. It sparked outrage in the community but no one in the black community was willing to step up. GEORGE ZIMMERMAN organized a town hall meeting. He stood up for the minorities in his community. He wasn't getting paid. He was doing what he thought was right. George Zimmerman may be many things but a racist, he is not.
* George Zimmerman was a criminal justice student. He was studying to become a police officer. I see how this could work against him in some ways...I myself have called him a wanna be cop. However, he was a neighborhood watch volunteer. He was an active member of his community. He wanted to keep his neighbors safe.
Both Trayvon and George have some bumps in their past.
Zimmerman;
Zimmerman was accused of domestic violence. His fiance, at the time, filed a restraining order against him and he, in turn, filed one against her. There were no charges filed and they agreed to stay away from each other.
Zimmerman was also charged with "resisting arrest with violence" and "battery of a law enforcement officer", both third degree Felonies. However, the charges were reduced to "resisting arrest without violence"
Martin;
The defense team released photos and text messages from Trayvon Martin's cell phone. In the photos, Trayvon as shown as more of a 'thug'. The text messages told of a boy that had problems. Yes, he smoked pot. But that will not make a difference, in my opinion. What does stand out in my mind is that it became very clear that Trayvon was not afraid of confrontation. In fact, it seemed he was more like the kind of kid that went out looking for fights. I am including a link below in which you can read more about what was found on Trayvon's phone.

It seems as though both Zimmerman and Trayvon had some history of violence. This, however, will not be admissible in court. The character of the defendant should not have an impact on the finding of guilt in a criminal case. But Zimmerman is claiming that he shot Trayvon Martin in self defense. Obviously, they got into a physical altercation. So, did Zimmerman punch Trayvon first? Photos taken after the incident show that Zimmerman had no marks to his hands, indicating that he had not hit anyone. His face and the back of his head, however, were bloody and tended to by paramedics. Below are photos of Zimmerman's face and the back of his head
These injuries seem consistent with his story that Trayvon threw him to the ground, punched his face and slammed the back of his head into the ground. The medical examiner found no injuries to Trayvon Martin except for the fetal gunshot wound. This leads me to believe that Zimmerman was not able to get a punch in. A witness claims to have walked by and seen the two men fighting. Zimmerman claims that he screamed to him to please help. The screams for help can be heard on this 911 call. You can hear it by clicking the link below.

Obviously there is a lot more to this case then meets the eye. But I now believe that it is very possible that Trayvon attacked Zimmerman first. Did he deserve to die? No way...he was a boy. A boy that believed that violence was okay. Yes, Zimmerman should never have followed him. But I cant help but feel for George Zimmerman. I do not believe that he was out to kill a black kid that night. He was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. He should not have followed Trayvon. But the chances that Trayvon attacked him first are not slim.
This is a terrible tragedy. A young life lost. But we need to teach our children that if they are being followed by an adult, they need to CALL A PARENT OR THE POLICE. Not take matters into their own hands. I do not believe that Zimmerman was out to kill Trayvon Martin that night. Trayvon had a history of violence and fighting. Violence gets us nowhere. My heart goes out to all of the parties involved in this tragic case. I am going into this case with an open mind. A teenager lost his life. And if Zimmerman is found guilty, then he will pay for his mistake. But I believe that this case could go either way.

JODI ARIAS : EVIL SOCIOPATH
Jodi Arias' legal team has asked for the sentencing phase of her trial be postponed. It was due to start mid July. We knew that they would try to buy more time...but now they are asking to postpone it until 2014!!! Another YEAR. Does she, or even her attorneys not realize that Jodi is now a convicted felon??? Of first degree MURDER? What on EARTH would make them think that this disgusting excuse for a human being has ANY SAY in anything anymore??
The more this goes on, the less respect I have for her 'attorneys'. Yes, I know that it is their job but they are human....right? Jenny Wilmott is such a joke. This women, who attacked Jenine DeMarte, a brilliant women who surpasses her in every way, actually gave her shit about NOT having empathy...HEY JENNY...how about the PAIN AND SUFFERING that your EVIL client is imposing on the Alexander family. You are obviously unable to feel empathy AT ALL. Not only have they lost someone that they love...their BROTHER....but then you decide to trash an innocent MAN that your psychopath client MURDERED BRUTALLY?? And on top of all that....Don't you think that the family has suffered enough? You want to drag this on for ANOTHER YEAR? You, Ms. Wilmott, know that Travis Alexander NEVER abused Jodi. He said things to her after she showed her TRUE colors. After she stalked him and slashed his tires....threatened him and the other women he spoke to. He reacted the way any normal person would. Your client, however, acted like a beast. Taking the life of a successful, handsome man with his whole life ahead of him. Brutally, she stabbed him over and over, slit his throat and then sent that final F you shot to his brain. All because he saw what a pathetic SLUG Jodi really was. You, Ms. Wilmott, have SOLD YOUR SOUL TO SATAN.
You know, Kurt Nurmi is a man who defends pedophiles...rapist....the lowest of the LOW in our society...and he told the world that even HE cant stand Jodi Arias!!! That says a LOT about Jodi. That anyone would rather defend a pervert, a rapist or a child molester instead of Ms. Arias says it all. She is worse then the lowest our world has to offer...made clear by her OWN attorney!!! Jenny Wilmott and Kurt Nurmi, I don't know how you sleep at night. You make me sick. How can you NOT see through this vicious monster?? I believe you KNOW what she is, as I know you have tried to remove yourself from the case on many occasions. I have no doubt that Jodi treats her legal team like dirt as well....that IS Jodi. And yet, Ms.Wilmott, you choose to make the Alexander family suffer....more and more and more.....TELL JODI TO FACE THE FACTS!!! Stop making the Alexander Family Suffer!!!
I used to respect Jen Wilmott but now I see that she is just as evil as her cold, disgusting client.. I PRAY that this motion is DENIED!!! Jodi is a CONVICTED MURDER!!!! Its about time she starts being TREATED as one!!!! WE CAN NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. The Alexanders need closer. They are innocent in all of this. PLEASE....contact the Maricopa DA office and ask them NOT TO LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!
This is the information on how to reach the Maricopa County Prosecutors office. Lets do what we can to let them know this KILLER does NOT deserve to have any say in ANYTHING anymore!! STOP HURTING THE VICTIMS!!!

Below is a sample of the letter I wrote .....
Thank you for taking the time to read this email.
My name is Jennifer Lorenzo, a 34 year old stay at home mom and a Criminal Justice student. I would like to first say that Juan Martinez is possibly the best attorney that I have ever seen in action. The way that your team has handled the Jodi Arias trial has been amazing. You must all be so proud of yourself.
I am writing because I recently heard that Arias' defense team is trying to move the sentencing phase to 2014!! I pray that this is a rumor. I cant not bear to think of Travis's family having to spend another year this way.
It seems as thought Jodi has received a lot of special privileges that aren't usually allowed. To allow her to take another year to perfect her 'strategy' is outrageous. She is a CONVICTED FIRST DEGREE MURDER. She should have NO rights. Please, don't let her get away with this. The Alexanders didn't ask for any of this yet they are suffering more than anyone.
Thank you for your time,
Jennifer A Lorenzo

Kaitlyn Hunt Rumors
Here are some things that I think need to be cleared up in the Kaitlyn Hunt vs Florida case:
Rumor= Kaitlyn started seeing the girl when she was still 17 and the girl was 14.
Truth = Kaitlyn was 18 when she and the girl met.
Rumor= The parents of Kaitlyn Hunt's 14 year old girlfriend waited for her to turn 18 so they could call the police
Truth= Kaitlyn turned 18 before the school year started in September. She stared seeing the girl in the beginning of the school year. She did not know her before her 18th birthday
Rumor= The Smiths called police because they were unhappy about their daughter being in a same sex relationship.
Truth= The Smiths would have felt the same way if Kaitlyn had been a boy. They feel their daughter is too young and immature to date anyone.
Rumor= The deal prosecutors made with Kaitlyn would have still made her a sex offender.
Truth= The deal made by the prosecution would have still given her a felony, however the sex offender label would not continue to follow her,
Rumor= The Smiths never gave Kaitlyn any warnings about staying away from their underage daughter.
Truth= The Smiths and the school both told Kaitlyn to stay away from the girl because she was too young.
Rumor= This would not be happening to Kaitlyn if she were a boy.
Truth= This happens to boys every day in our country.

The State of the Internet
It's no secret that I think Kaitlyn Hunt is being overcharged. It's not because she's a 'young, white, pretty girl'. Or because she is gay or bisexual. I am a mom. I think predators and child abusers should be thrown in jail forever. However, I don't see Kaitlyn Hunt as a child predator. I do agree that she broke the law and should pay some consequences. Ruining her life by making her a sex offender is not the way. I would feel the same way if I were talking about an 18 year old boy. The fact that we put these kids together and then wonder why this happens is silly. How can we expect kids to control their feelings and hormones when a majority of adults can't? If she was offered a plea deal without the sex offender tag, then she definitely should have taken it.
Last night while I was looking up information on this, I came across an interview that the Smith family did on this situation. They are the other girls parents. These people are being threatened and harassed for protecting their daughter. While we don't have to agree with them, it's not right that these people are being attacked the way they are. Its not right that because of their beliefs and because they believe they are doing right by their daughter, people are making their life a living hell. They don't write the laws!! Like I said, I'm a mom. If I think my daughter is being hurt and I choose to protect her, it is no one's business . They are not the one's that decide her punishment. Kaitlyn did break the law. We can try to change the law or we can do nothing.
The problem with people is that instead of educating themselves and giving validation to their beliefs, they decide to attack instead. It's sad that we have the world at our fingertips yet ignorance is more prevalent then ever. Instead of threatening, learn something. Try to give some value to your thoughts and words. I am seriously worried about our society. Give a good reason for what you believe in and maybe you could shed some light onto another person. Arguing without substance is pointless....it's just noise. Nobody cares what you feel if you don't express why you feel that way.
It doesn't matter what family you support if you are only spreading hate. Get a grip on yourself, put your big girl panties on and try to put yourself in the other persons shoes for a minute....I can't imagine being Mrs. Smith right now. She has every right in the world to try and protect her daughter!!! And if you stand behind the Hunt's and continue to attack then they should be ashamed to have you on their team. My heart goes out to these parents. Never has a minor's name been released to the media this way!!! We are all shouting about protection for our kids, yet we are blind to what is really going on here!!! These people have become victims.
The link to the interview is below. If you haven't seen it, I suggest that you watch. It may even shed some light on the way you feel. I sincerely hope these people are left alone. We don't know what they are going through and we don't have any right to judge them.

Blurred Boundaries
In the last couple of days I have spoken to many people with various different opinions on the Kaitlyn Hunt case. Coming into this case, my first thought was that this young girl's life was ruined, as it may very well be. If she is convicted she will forever be labeled as a sexual predator, one the most heinous and looked down upon crimes in our society. She will never be able to go to her kids school. Her future children are the ones that pay the ultimate sacrifice. The Kaitlyn Hunt's of our society simply do not belong on the sex offender registry. There is no dispute, however, that she did break the law.
In looking into this I noticed that this in not the first time that this same exact situation has happened. So how do we separate the criminals from the kids that make mistakes?? While the law was broken and I am not arguing that in any way, I do believe that there needs to be some kind of boundary that lets us protect our children. This is not about sexual orientation. This is about our kids being expected to act like adults yet putting them with children. It just doesn't make sense.
An eighteen year old in our country is considered an 'adult'. They can vote and be sent off to war. But a vast majority of eighteen year olds are still in high school. How can we expect to put these kids together, same buildings and even classrooms sometimes, and expect them to not socialize and mingle with younger students? When I was eighteen, there was no way anyone was telling me to stay away from someone that I believed I was in love with. At eighteen, most people don't have the life experience or the willpower that are needed to control our emotions. I don't think that an eighteen year old high school student who falls for someone younger is a danger to society. They shouldn't have to pay for it with their lives. And isn't that what we are doing here? If Kaitlyn is found guilty it IS her life...and future generations that are ruined. Does that sound fair???
Adultery happens every day in our society...they aren't breaking the law!!! Millions of married men and women have affairs with co workers in this country every day. They spend a majority of their time together and boundaries blur...feelings are confused. But we don't prosecute them and they are adults. Where do we draw the line?
The only solution that I could come up with is to raise the legal age to nineteen. You don't walk into many high schools and find nineteen year old students. They could give a maximum age for high school students. If someone over the age of eighteen does not complete high school and wants to, we have GED classes.. Why are we putting adults in social circles with kids? We need to put a stop to this. We may not be able to control our kids actions or feelings but why can't we control who they are forced to be in contact with? Why are we putting these kids together in a way that could be illegal? Its doomed for failure.
I am including the link for the US Justice Department. You can also contact your stare legislature. We do need laws but we need the right laws. We need to make sure our kids are safe, not only from sexual predators but also from the traps set up against them in our society.

Being that this is not the case, we have got to find a way to know the difference between people who are a real danger to society from kids that experiment in natural ways. Below is a link to a petition asking for them to be clearly separated from each other. Please take a moment to sign for our kids sake. Thank you.

Being that this is not the case, we have got to find a way to know the difference between people who are a real danger to society from kids that experiment in natural ways. Below is a link to a petition asking for them to be clearly separated from each other. Please take a moment to sign for our kids sake. Thank you.

Spread the Word...Kaitlyn Hunt
Please support this woman in the fight of her young life. Kaitlyn Hunt is only eighteen years old but the rest of the life is at stake here. I can not get over the fact that this girl could lose so much simply because there is a vendetta against her. How can another child's parent inflict this kind of heartbreak on another family? Kaitlyn Hunt IS NOT a criminal. She is a teenage girl...a SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL who fell in love...just because she fell in love with another girl, is it right to take the rest of her life from her?? Sex Offender??? Is this a joke?
Mr Governor, you are using the very system made to protect our children to also ruin their lives. Is this justice? Or is this greed? If it is not legal for these kids to socialize then why do we have them together? They are young and human. We have all fallen for someone and then lived to regret it but most of us were able to grieve our first love then to let it go......Is it fair to ruin her life because she doesn't fit your norm??

Kaitlyn Hunt : Teenage Love Gone Bad
I can not stop thinking about Kaitlyn Hunt, an 18 year old senior from Florida. She was about to graduate with the world before her when her life came to a screeching halt. Until recently, she was probably planning her graduation, the upcoming summer and collage. She doesn't do drugs, drink, or have a criminal record. So why would this girl be facing 15 years in prison? Apparently, Kaitlyn had a crush on the wrong person. Most of us meet our high school sweethearts and have our first kiss, our first heartbreak....Well, Kaitlyn's could cost her the rest of her life. Her high school crush is a 15 year old girl. This 15 year old's parents apparently have a problem with the fact that their daughter may be gay. So they are choosing to ruin the rest of Kaitlyn's life.
Kaitlyn is being charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery of a child. This will make her a sex offender for the rest of her life and could cost her 15 years of her life. Not only will her life be ruined but her future children's lives could also be ruined. Think about it....as a parent, I check the sex offender registry. I take it seriously. Now, if this girl gets convicted of these crimes (which I pray she doesn't), how will I ever be able to take this registry serious? Are they saying that this 18 year old girl should be classified with child molesters and rapists? This is a case of a teenage girl exploring her sexuality. Then again, Florida's record with crime is not very credible. This is the state that let Casey Anthony, a baby killer, walk but they want to put Kaitlyn Hunt in jail. Really???
We teach our kids that they shouldn't judge others based on race, religion or sexuality. Then we have parents like this who take their hate and use it to destroy innocent lives. I would LOVE to sit with these people and let them know that karma is not friendly. They can push to ruin a child's life but what good is it going to do? If their daughter is gay, its not going to change that. As a matter if fact, I'm pretty sure that their daughter probably wont be a part of their lives for long after her own 18th birthday. I can't imagine putting a teenager through something like this. Don't our teen's have enough to deal with? I would ask the parents that are pressing charges against Kaitlyn to consider the fact that this could be their daughter some day. How would they feel in the shoes of Kaitlyn's parents right now? This is so wrong....It is beyond my comprehension that something like this is happening in 2013!!!
The fact is that these girls are classmates. Peers!!! If its not legal for them to date, why do they attend the same school? This is wrong on so many levels.
Please sign this petition letting the state of Florida know that it's time they start putting real criminals away and leave Kaitlyn Hunt Alone!!!!

This girl is NOT a sex offender and it's offending that she possibly could be classified as one. Being gay or bisexual does NOT make you a criminal!!!! Even less so, a teenager experimenting with their sexuality. Our kids deserve better!!!!

Things coming up in the near future.....
Next week I will be writing about the American Correctional
System. I will be taking an in-depth
look at prisons inside our country. I am
currently gathering research to give you a REAL look at what being ‘in a
correctional facility, jail or prison, is like’. If you are interested, I will be posting
links on my new Facebook page. Here is the
link for those of you that may want to follow….
Also, I reached out to the Trayvon Martin attorney, Benjamin Crump who has
agreed to give me any info about the family and the case that he possibly
can. I am waiting to hear from Zimmerman’s
lawyers. For those of you that still
want to hear more about Jodi, I think that I may even be able to interview one
of the jurors from the trail. I am very excited. Please check this page as often as time allows
and PLEASE share either the FB page or this blog. As always, I will post links to FB with any new info.
As always, thanks for reading!!!!

Caryn Kelley : NOT GUILTY
Last night the three men and three women that made up the jury in the Caryn Kelley manslaughter trial found the 48 year old realtor not guilty in just over an hour and a half. Ms. Kelley has recently been compared to Jodi Arias. While its easy to see why....both beautiful women who killed their lovers, I struggle to see any other similarities in these women. Let's take a look at the details of the night Phillip Peatross was killed.
Without going into details about Ms. Kelley's trial, lets just look at the differences between her behavior and Jodi's. Jodi shot Travis Alexander, stabbed him twenty seven times and slit his throat. Jodi wanted to make sure that Travis was never leaving that room again. Caryn shot Phillip, then she immediately called 911. She was clearly upset on the 911 recording. While she did give multiple explanations, they were all part of the same story. Jodi Arias told police completely different accounts of the night Travis Alexander was stabbed, shot and nearly decapitated. She first claimed she had no idea what had happened because she hadn't seen Travis in over two months. Only when confronted with physical evidence of her being in Travis's home did she change her story. Seeing that she could no longer dispute that she was there, she then tells her 'ninja' story. We all heard her ever changing story during her trial.
Caryn was distraught over Phillips death. You can hear her on the 911 call, see her on the police recording and even in court she was told repeatedly to keep her emotions under control or she would be removed. Jodi never shed a tear over Travis. Jodi is never less then fully composed. She shows absolutely no remorse or sadness. She also chose to put the victim on trial with her allegations of abuse and pedophelia.
Jodi Arias is a soulless psychopath. Caryn Kelley was highly intoxicated when she and Phillip started struggling over the gun. While its a very sad situation, continuing to compare these women is simply rediculous, in my opinion. While I in no way condone the behavior of Caryn Kelley, she was not breaking the law. It is completely legal in America to get wasted in your own home. It's also legal to own a gun and to use it for protection in your home. In this case there was far too much reasonable doubt. No expert could tell us who shot the gun. Caryn had a bruise on her inner arm that is evidence of a struggle over the weapon.
This also tells a story about gun safety. While it is illegal to drive under the influence, there is no law that prohibits people from wielding a weapon while under the influence. If Caryn Kelley had been charged with criminal negligence, there would have been a far greater chance of her being charged with something. To charge her with murder was completely over charging her. Prosecutors agreed, as they lowered the charge to manslaughter. While I completely understand that some are outraged that she just 'got away with it', I beg to differ. Caryn has spent the last two years in a hell of her own making. I can only hope that she took that time to get help for her problems with drugs and alcohol. This woman was facing thirty years, the rest of her life, behind bars. This has no doubt been a nightmare to her and her family. It was proven that she didn't intend to shoot Phillip. Maybe if we had a law against handling a weapon while under the influence, there would be grounds to put her in jail any longer. The only thing deadlier then a loaded gun is a loaded gun and alcohol. Jodi Arias planned to kill Travis and she did. Coldhearted and evil, she belongs in prison. There's no doubt about that. However, placing Caryn Kelley in a jail cell beside Jodi Arias seems completely illogical.....

Stand Your Ground?
The 'stand your ground law' is a controversial law in which removes a persons duty to retreat before using deadly force against another in any place that he has the legal right to be---so long as he reasonably believes he or someone else faces imminent death or great bodily harm. In other words, if you are on your property and someone threatens you or anything/anyone, you may use deadly force to protect yourself and your property without facing prosicution. The stand your ground law was first passed in Florida in 2005 and was backed by the NRA (National Rifle Association). It is also known as "castle doctrine" which comes from the saying "one's home is one's castle". Some states also have the 'no duty to retreat law', which carries the stand your ground law out to the street. Among those are FL, OR, WA and NH.
The first time that I heard of the stand your ground law was after the shooting of Trayvon Martin, a 17 year old FL boy who was shot and killed by a member of the neighborhood watch in his fathers gated Stanford FL community. George Zimmerman called police to report a 'suspicious' man walking through the neighborhood. Police told Zimmerman to wait for an officer and to not proceed in following the man. Zimmerman, however, decided to follow anyway. By the time police arrived, Trayvon was shot and killed. The events of what took place are still unclear but jury selection of Zimmermans trial begins in June. Zimmerman is pleading not guilty due to the stand your ground law. What happened between them will come out during Zimmerman's trial this summer. Since the shooting, Zimmerman has been in hiding due to the amount of threats that were made against his life. It is thought by many that this was a hate crime. Trayvon being a young black male and Zimmerman a Hispanic/white man. At first no charges were pressed against Zimmerman. However, after the uproar in the community, as well as around the country, prosecutors decided to charge Zimmerman with second degree murder. I'll discuss this case later, as more details emerge.
I decided to look up some stand your ground cases and was shocked at what I found. Below are five cases in which the defendant was acquitted of any charges against him using the stand your ground law as a defense.
~October 2012~
Florida vs Bryant
A women was attacked by her boyfriend, who had a history of violence. Police had been called seven times that year, reporting domestic violence. The man chased her around their apartment, finally catching her and attempting to pin her down. Bryant grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed him multiple times in the chest.
In my opinion, this is one of the very few instances where the stand your ground law worked properly.
~November 2007~
Texas vs Horn
A man shot and killed two men that he suspected of burglarizing a neighbors home. Like Zimmerman, Horn called police and was told to back down. Horn reminded the 911 operator that as of September of that same year, the stand your ground law was put into effect, therefore making it legal for Horn to shoot and kill the men. Horn was acquitted of any wrong doing.
~January 2012~
Louisiana vs Thomas
A grand jury cleared Thomas after he fired into an SUV, killing a 15 year old boy. The boy was with six other teens when they drove up to Thomas' vehicle. Thomas opened fire at the SUV, shooting two of the boys, killing one and injuring the other. The boys were suspected gang members and Thomas claimed that the boy had threatened him, making him fear for his life.
~April 2012~
Arizona vs Jude
A mentally disabled pedestrian walked in front of a vehicle at a Taco Bell drive-thru. The man swung what appeared to be a metal pipe. Jude shot and killed him. He was actually holding a dog leash.
~January 2012~
Florida vs Garcia
A judge tossed out a second degree murder charge against Garcia after he chased down a suspected burglar for more then a block and stabbing him to death. Garcia claimed that the suspect had swung a bag of stolen car radios at him. The judge said that Garcia "was well within his rights to pursue the victim and demand the return of his property.
While I understand the right to protect yourself and your family in your home, I am having a hard time understanding how it is legal to chase someone down for an entire block and stab them to death. Do we give a thief the death penalty? Would any jury in our country sentence someone to death for petty theft? The answer is absolutely NO. So, what would give someone the right to chase down an unarmed person and kill them? Why are some states allowed to let regular citizens kill someone that they suspect of commiting a crime? What happened to the the constitution? It does not make sense to allow one person to be the judge and jury of another person. A majority of these cases, in my opinion, should have been prosecuted. Our country prosecutes people on far lesser charges on a daily basis.
This is not about gun control. This is about protecting our constitutional rights as well as the safety of our children. We have, obviously, not heard many details of the Zimmerman case. All we know is that a 17 year old boy, armed with candy and a cell phone, was killed for walking through his dads neighborhood at the wrong time. While I realize that evidence may come out that shows that Trayvon confronted Zimmerman, I am still at odds. Zimmerman was told by police to stop following the boy, more then once. Zimmerman decided to continue to pursue Trayvon under the assumption that he was up to no good. But who gives a stranger the right to follow our children around and make themselves the judge and jury of a suspected situation? I can guarantee that, had Zimmerman and Trayvon never met on that fateful night last February, Trayvon Martin would still be alive today.
Again, I am aware that I do not know all of the evidence in this case. However, the simple fact is that a 28 year old man followed a 17 year old boy, against the order of police. This resulted in the death of a child.
Jury selection is scheduled to begin on June 10, 2013. More info on this case to follow.

Justice?
Now that I've had a chance to take it in and not be overwhelmed by my emotions, lets think about the jurors in Jodi Arias's trial.
These people have been living in Jodi Arias's world for nearly six months. It's very clear that this jury was in no way influenced by its sensationalism and round the clock coverage. Tonight we found out that the split between jurors was eight to four. Eight in favor of death. It's odd, considering that, if you remember, the jury consisted of eight men and four women. That defiantly does not mean that all eight men were leaning towards death and vise versa but just another odd coincidence of the Jodi Arias Saga.
It amazes me that the interviews, or at least the news of the media blitz, did not get back to the jury. It's hard to imagine that anyone that believes in the death penalty could hear the things she said in those interviews and believe anything this woman says. She is cold, calculating and evil. I would not be surprised, in any way, if we were to find out that Jodi went on her media tour to taint the jury pool. The thought of the Alexander family sitting in that courtroom again, listening to the hardest part of the trial, only much longer this time, simply breaks my heart. I think the world just wants to see these innocent people who have suffered so much, finally feel a sense of justice. We know that nothing can ever replace Travis, but I know, from experience, that seeing justice served brings some kind of peace to the families of the victims. I also know, from experience, that Jodi will NOT STOP tormenting this family. She will not stop dragging Travis's name through the mud. If for some reason the media ban is lifted at any point from here on out, I strongly believe that the media should completely ignore her. I mean really, all we're gonna get is the same old lies!!!! I believe no one should give her the satisfaction of granting her another interview. And none of us should watch any more of Jodi's interviews. She will NEVER be sincere and while I know that we all wish that Jodi would break down and beg for forgiveness, it will NEVER happen. Lets stop giving her what she want!!!! What she BELIEVES she deserves!!!!
I hope that the Alexander family can find some comfort in knowing that Jodi will spend twenty three hours a day in a 7'x11' cell.
Looks cozy..... I pray that her days are long and filled with memories of the life she once had...
She will be able to leave her 'personal space' for one hour a day, in which she can use to shower, get some 'excersize' or make phone calls to tweet. She will have two striped 'outfits', two pairs of netting like underpants, similar to those given in hospitals after surgery. She gets one pair of socks and one pair of rubber shower shoes. Her shower time will be perfect for her. She'll be the center of attention. Hopefully she finds some crazy women the size of Donavan with a personality like hers to keep her warm on during those cold prison showers......
When she does leave her cell, she will be guarded at all times with handcuffs and chains around her belly and her ankles. Jodi's jail cell will be the only cell that Jodi will ever come close to owning...she will never use an iPhone, see what her twitter page looks like, use the Internet, or even have a life of any kind. She will remain in her cell until the next jury sentences her to DEATH or Life Without the Possibility of Parole. Where she will live in the same facility she would live if she were on Death Row. Karma will get Jodi Arias. The next jury will get it right.
She will eat her meals in her room, a la toilette. Lets take a look at the lovely menu Jodi will likely get to enjoy.
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
I wonder if she will still share her commissary items with her 'jail buds', the "indigent" girls that Jodi has become the queen of. Oh wait...I almost forgot, Jodi will no longer be in jail, she'll now be in prison so these girls will be hard core, like Jodi!!! And since she can't come out of her cell to sign autographs maybe she'll just sign the ho-ho"s she slides to the cell next to or across from her...."Sincere Survivor Hodi".
The only jewelry that Jodi will ever wear again will be these lovely matching bracelets....
But seriously, I know many of us wanted to hear that she had scored a one way ticket to death row. Jodi being locked in a cell for twenty three hours a day will be worse then death to Jodi. The media ban will stay in effect. Jodi will be in pure hell all by herself all the time.
This IS our justice system at work. And while I refuse to stop demanding Justice For Travis until the Alexander family is at peace, lets at least take comfort in the fact that this women will not even be good enough for general population. She will have complete and total solitude.
Please remember to click on the link below and donate $1. If everyone could donate just $1, we could maybe help to ease some of the stress from the Alexander family.
The Alexander family needs our help and prayers more then ever.
Thank you.
